Who am I?

Hello, it’s a pleasure to have you here!

I'm Ariane—mother, writer, ghostwriter, publisher at Caipora Books, recipient of a writing scholarship from the State of Berlin in 2020, ABERST Prize semi-finalist, former actress and theater director, hobbyist baker, wife, and many other things.

Born in the Tropical Gothic Rio and now living in Super-Punk Berlin, Germany, my stories oscillate between the poetic, humorous, and raw, yet they all share one thing: they’re dark.

As a true Sagittarius, I’m best known for my jokes and my refusal to take myself too seriously. Many of the stories I create are set in poetic, hard-to-find settings—beauty within darkness—which is why I decided to deliver them myself.
